A growing balloon and decor business with a strong local reputation but no online store — relying entirely on WhatsApp and word-of-mouth for orders.

Full eCommerce build with a custom WooCommerce theme, product configurator, booking flows, and delivery zone management for the Johannesburg metro area.

Giggle Factory approached Kenosonic with a clear problem: their Instagram was flooded with enquiries, but every order required manual quoting via WhatsApp. There was no way for customers to browse products, configure packages, or book delivery slots online.

We designed and built a full eCommerce experience on WooCommerce, with a custom theme that matched their vibrant, playful brand. The product configurator allows customers to select balloon colours, arrangements, and add-ons — generating an instant quote without manual intervention.

Delivery zone management was a key feature. We integrated a postcode-based system that automatically calculates delivery fees across Johannesburg, with cut-off times and slot availability built in.

The result was a fully self-service ordering flow that went live within six weeks, with online orders starting in the first month.
